Common pandemic-related sleep difficulties will be discussed and guidelines for improving healthy sleep habits will be highlighted. The relaxation skill Progressive Muscle Relaxation will be reviewed and implemented in session. Follow-up discussion will provide participants the opportunity to share their practice experience and have questions addressed.
