Presented by: Heather Cameron, PhD
Michael B. Kaufman Professor of Practice in Social Entrepreneurship, Brown School

Meet Tyrean and Brandon, two Black entrepreneurs fresh out of the WEPOWER Elevate/Elevar entrepreneurship incubator and learn about their path to urban farming and vegan BBQ, as well as their challenges and wins as start-up founders. We will explore systematic challenges facing Black entrepreneurs, paths to overcome them, and celebrate the hard work of building family and community wealth.

This program is presented in partnership with the Social Entrepreneur and Innovation Lab and the Capital Access Research Hub.
