Relationship violence is unfortunately a common problem for young people today. While professionals are likely familiar with many forms of unhealthy power and control including verbal, emotional, and physical abuse, many adults are less familiar with ways technology and social media can be used as tools of power and control in dating situations. Join us to explore how technology and social media can be used abusively and to consider practical strategies that supportive adults can use to identify warning signs and have critical conversations about digital dating abuse.
