Professor Benajmin Koudou has more than 17 years of experience as a malaria and lymphatic filariasis (LF)control specialist. His talk will focus on new methods in the field and the efficacy of new tools, such as a motion sensor to better monitor bednet usage among endemic communities and new active ingredients against insecticide-resistant malaria vectors for reducing LF and malaria burden in endemic countries. This program is part of Washington University’s Africa Speaks series, offered in partnership with The Africa Initiative.
