All students are required to attend Orientation, which involves full days of programming (9:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.) and optional evening actvitities.

Supplemental Online Orientation

Brown Online Orientation is designed to introduce you to a selection of Brown School- and University-based resources and policies. Online orientation is divided into modules which live on an online learning platform called Canvas. You will complete the modules at your own pace and in any order you like. At the end of each module, you will be asked to complete a knowledge check to review what you've learned. Additional information will be sent in July 2021.

International Student Orientation

A mandatory International Student Orientation will be held on Thursday, August 19, and Friday, August 20. International students should plan to arrive in St. Louis at least one week prior to this date in order to check in at Washington University’s Office for International Students and Scholars (OISS).
