Cognitive Behavioral Approaches to Treating Anxiety & Depression in Youth

The Post-Master’s Certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Approaches to Treating Anxiety & Depression in Youth is relevant to application across a range of settings, including schools, community treatment programs, outpatient clinics, and private practice.

Rates of anxiety and depression among children and teens continue to skyrocket. Effective interventions – and committed practitioners with specialized training - have never been so needed.  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) includes a wide variety of empirically-supported interventions for children and families that can be flexibly implemented for a range of mental health and behavioral concerns.  This certificate program will offer theory and practice to improve your ability to help children in distress.
