You’ve created a logic model…now what? This workshop will focus on bringing logic models to life by developing a meaningful, realistic, and responsive system for monitoring outcomes and performance in real-time and using that knowledge to prompt organizational learning. Topics include reviewing and revising logic models and theories of change, data collection, continuous quality improvement, and organizational culture.

Performance management plans are as unique as the organizations that use them. This workshop will help frame the questions to ask of yourself and your team to arrive at a plan that makes sense for your context. Class size is limited to 40.
