The nature of health and social service work requires effective interactions within groups of people. All organizations, large or small, operate to their best efficiency when people function as cohesive teams. Organizations that capture the collective intelligence of their people and tap the productivity of high performing teams are more likely to fulfill their mission and experience high employee morale.

This workshop will share an innovative model of creating and managing teams. Participants will learn to identify and fulfill their own professional commitments while fulfilling team and organizational objectives. We will discuss the management skills and work environment needed to build a team that is both self-directing and high performing. Practical strategies will be provided. Class size is limited to 25.
