Organizations that successfully innovate and thrive require a culture that can support the level of risk-taking and vulnerability that creativity requires. When we are getting ready to put new ideas into the world, it's almost inevitable to feel the urge to shrink back and play small. Critics - real or imagined, external or internal - can cause us to feel vulnerable and stop us in our tracks before we even get started. Organizational leaders must be intentional about creating a workplace culture that expertly holds space for this vulnerability and thus cultivates employees to engage their passion, give life to their new ideas, and create positive change.

This interactive, hands-on workshop will equip you with practical tools to champion innovation in your workplace, your employees, and yourself. We will discuss a framework for creating change amid vulnerability, and practice techniques that you can utilize to encourage the development of a thriving and innovative organizational culture. You will leave with tools that you can begin using immediately to cultivate positive change.
