At non-profit organizations, most of our employees are more motivated by the mission than by the money they make. Most of our employees could make more money elsewhere. That’s why it is vitally important that we show our appreciation for each team member’s contributions in ways that are meaningful to each individual.
Based on the book “5 Languages of Appreciation at Work,” you’ll leave this workshop with knowledge and resources to begin building a culture of appreciation. Learn 5 different expressions of appreciation that could motivate employees. A strategy will be shared to make appreciation part of your every-day work, not “one more thing to do.”

Class size is limited to 25.

$50 General Admission
$30 Brown School Field Instructor
$10 Full-Time Graduate Student
