When well designed and implemented, management tools can provide meaningful guideposts to organizational leaders, focus and engage teams, and efficiently align your time and energy towards what matters most. However, too many organizations use generic templates and “best practices” that don’t fit their needs. When this happens, managers end up serving their tools instead of letting their tools serve them.

In this workshop, we will discuss strategies for identifying the questions, objectives, and goals that can drive the design of meaningful and useful management tools and practices. The workshop will consider examples of meeting structures, organizational plans, and reports and how each can amplify your efforts or distract and burden your team.

General Admission: $60**
Class size is limited to 40.

**Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors.
