Effective leadership at all levels of any organization is critical to achieving the mission.  However, many organizations
have leadership development plans that only address the needs of upper management; some have no plan at all.

This interactive workshop will share a framework for developing leadership potential, introduce you to best practices in leadership development and provide strategies that will support the identification and development of high potential
(Hi-Po) performers.  The strategies shared can be leveraged by any supervisor in the organization that is passionate about developing the full potential of individuals or teams.

Class size is limited to 25.

$50 General Admission
$30 Discounted Admission**
$10 Washington University Full-Time Graduate Students

**Discounted Admission is offered to current Brown School field instructors, Brown School adjunct faculty, recent Brown School graduates (2016-2018), full-time graduate students from other universities, and Washington University faculty and staff.
