It is said that the only thing that is permanent is change. In nonprofits, changes frequently come via the program planning and evaluation process. In order for nonprofit organizations to grow and adapt, they must think strategically about how to plan for and incorporate change efforts while keeping true to who they are.
In this session we will examine the steps of the planned change process, as well as the activities and behaviors which make up organizational culture. In doing so, this session will highlight best practices in implementing change efforts which are mission focused and staff informed. Class size is limited to 20.
