Good supervision relies heavily on communications skills – to celebrate, encourage and inspire…and to have the tough conversations when employees aren’t performing to standard. Join us to practice your skills in providing real-time reinforcing and redirecting feedback. We will discuss strategies for addressing low performance, as well as for resolving and mediating conflict between coworkers.
