News reports frequently feature troubling trends regarding physical inactivity and unhealthy eating behaviors among adolescents. This workshop will help you understand motivation and physical activity among adolescents, with strategies for how you can apply this knowledge to your professional context. We will discuss plans of action that address the further complicated needs of adolescents in vulnerable and marginalized groups.

This interactive workshop will include lecture, video, demonstrations, and small group exercises. Class size is limited to 50.
