Keeping great talent is an ongoing challenge for most non-profit agencies. The work is difficult, the pay can be underwhelming, and burnout is a constant threat. Even the most dedicated team members can at times feel discouraged. While there is no easy answer for retaining great talent, there are things that agencies can do to increase the chances of doing so.

In this three hour session, you'll learn practical, inexpensive ways to:

  • Engage and re-engage team members
  • Recognize accomplishments
  • Express appreciation in ways that are meaningful to each individual, based on the book, "Five Languages of Appreciation" by Dr. Paul White
Class size is limited to 24.
