Learn to avoid hiring people who are great interviewees, but not really the best match for the job. This workshop will help you get beyond surface interview questions that generate surface answers - those answers that most candidates recognize as the "right" answer, as you to better select the talent you need on your team.

Using a simulation or your real-world situation, you will:

  • Identify key competencies required for a specific position, on a specific team, at a specific point in time.
  • Develop legally appropriate questions that explore a candidate's competence for the position.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews that better predict a person's ability to do the job.
  • Compare candidates quantitatively and qualitatively.
Class size is limited to 24.

$50 General Admission
$30 Brown School Field Instructors
$10 Full-Time Graduate Students

Effective September 1, 2017, the cost of visitor parking is no longer included in our program registration fees.
