While the holidays can be a time of great joy and connectedness, some people will also contend with stress, grief, or disappointed hopes. This complex range of feelings may be heightened as groups are gathering this year after having been separated by the pandemic last holiday season.

Join us for a conversation about how mindfulness can be used by us and our clients to acknowledge the totality of our emotions and to set intentions to help us show up as we would wish to.

General Admission: $60**

Class size is limited to 45.

**Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available. Admission discounts apply automatically in your cart, based on your profile in our registration software.
