This interactive workshop will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to cultivate teams that thrive and flourish. Utilizing evidence-based research in positive psychology as a framework, participants will explore specific strategies to identify and foster teams that promote trust, engage in productive conflict, embrace innovative change, and function at their best. Techniques for addressing challenging team dynamics will be provided. Participants will leave with a toolkit of strategies, resources, and skills that can be immediately applied to build a high-functioning, thriving team. Class size is limited to 45.
