Balance is not static or passive. Our responsibilities, challenges, interests and relationships change. This experiential workshop combines lecture, discussion and exercises to engage participants in creating an active model for personal and professional balance.

We will explore the concept of ideal v. real balance. The importance of motivations, allies, and obstacles in creating and maintaining balance will be discussed, as will strategies to move from insight to action toward creating a more balance life.
