Research reveals that leading with emotional intelligence increases people’s overall impact and creates more success in their work.

This interactive workshop will provide a definition of emotional intelligence and how it can help you be more successful in your career and in your organization. Participants will leave with a toolkit of ideas, resources and strategies that can be used immediately to increase emotional intelligence in their personal and professional lives.
