Regardless of your organizational mission, resources are limited; it is vital to focus your resources where they can have strong impact for the population or cause you serve. This session will explore the business planning process of market analysis as a tool to guide development or expansion of programs and services. After discussing primary and secondary research methods, the session will focus on understanding total available markets and total target markets, market share, trends and demand. Additionally, participants will be provided with a brief overview of the broader business planning process that undergirds the importance of conducting market analyses. Class size is limited to 24.
