Capturing and analyzing data, along with sharing the insights that information and experience provide, have become vital to ongoing organizational growth and sustainability. Having staff with evaluation responsibilities working collaboratively alongside program and other staff within an organization is an important step in helping organizations answer questions like:
“What is our theory of change?“How do we define and measure our outcomes?”
“How do we effectively use data for continuous quality improvement?
“What do we need to know and share with our various stakeholders?”
This workshop will explore how you can develop a robust, improvement-oriented culture of learning within your organization, using principles and strategies from empowerment evaluation. The workshop’s objective is to help you define “learning” could mean within your organization, regardless of your size and technology capability. Class size is limited to 30.
