Measuring Organizational Progress through Dashboarding

Preferred registration deadline: August 3rd

6 CEUs

Janelle Gibson, MSW
Senior Lecturer, Brown School

This session will outline key indicators of organizational productivity and instruct participants on ways to incorporate these indicators into "dashboards". Dashboards are helpful tools which integrate multiple data points into easy to visualize progress reports that help drive informed decision making by staff and boards.

We will review approaches to measuring and defining organizational and program effectiveness. Participants will then apply these approaches to their own organizational needs, with hands on guidance and mutual support. To get the most from the workshop, please feel free to bring your current organizational workplans or strategic plan to the session.

Class size is limited to 40.
