This workshops will frame the roles and responsibilities mid-level managers have toward multiple stakeholders: upper management, employees, clients and community. We will frankly discuss the implicit conflicts of advocating for client best interests and employee perspectives, while supporting and implementing management decisions. Best practice approaches will be shared for management, supervision, and representing sometimes conflicting stakeholder interests. Class size is limited to 25.
