First impressions are hard to shake.  When new employees joins your organization, both they and your existing staff will be quickly assessing whether the fit is a good one.
 
If you are in charge of orienting new employees or often have new employees joining your team, this workshop is for you.  The class will provide processes and tools for ensuring new employees feel welcome.  We’ll examine what it takes to help a skilled person feel equipped to do their work in a new environment.  Finally, we’ll consider what you can to foster feelings of pride and loyalty in your new employee towards your organization. 

Class size is limited to 24.
