This workshop will examine the responsibilities of both the supervisor and the supervisee in clinical supervision, applying an ethics template to challenges that may arise for both. The NASW Code of Ethics and the Regulations of the Missouri State Committee for Social Workers will be leveraged as tools to resolve ethical dilemmas in clinical supervision. Class size is limited to 45.This workshop can be used to meet either (1) the 3 hour ethics requirement per licensure period or (2) the Missouri requirement that individuals providing clinical supervision must receive 3 hours of supervision-specific continuing education each licensure period.
