A skilled supervisor is able to help employees maximize their contributions to the workplace, aligning the efforts of the individual with departmental and organizational goals. Learn the basics of the supervision process, including techniques for building confidence in your role as supervisor. Participants are encouraged to bring challenges they are confronting for discussion.
