Both new and experienced projects managers will learn proven techniques for planning, scheduling, and implementing projects in the non-profit world. We’ll discuss a step-by-step process for effective project management and learn about tools to help you manage your project with efficiency and transparency.

The format will be a mix of presentation, discussion, and small group exercises that give you a chance to practice using project management tools.

Class size is limited to 30.
