Real World People Management: Balancing Employee Engagement and Employee Accountability

This workshop will be conducted in a virtual Zoom meeting online format.

3 CEUs/CPH units

In this workshop you’ll learn to how set clear expectations and standards so team members know their accountabilities. Participants will increase their ability to provide training, tools, and resources for team members to perform at high levels. We’ll learn to gauge the engagement level of team members and provide what they need to stay engaged – especially if they work remotely. Finally, the class will include strategies to address low performance, so it doesn’t negatively affect the engagement of other team members.

Class size is limited to 30.
