This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of ethical principles required of businesses in general and social work organizations in particular. We will discuss how employee behavior affects ethical culture, including front line, middle management, and senior management employees. Participants will learn best practice approaches in establishing an ethical organizational culture and gain insight into approaches to address and remedy ethical breaches in the organization. Class size is limited to 30.

Note: This class meets the licensure requirement for 3 hours of continuing education in ethics.
