Maintaining a program over time requires strategic planning, dedication, and a willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment. The Program Sustainability Assessment Tool and Sustainability Action Planning Curriculum offer program leaders the tools they need to make the tough decisions required to keep a program or organization afloat during trying times.

This hands-on workshop will provide an in-depth exploration of the factors beyond funding that impact a program's capacity for sustainability and provide program leaders with new tools to make strategic and evidence-based staffing, funding and partnership decisions to increase a program's ability to sustain itself over time.

This is a hands-on, interactive workshop designed primarily for individuals involved in organizational or program leadership (public health, social service, education, etc.). We will use laptops to complete the assessment tool during the workshop.
