With a growing demand for results, it can be challenging to demonstrate seemingly intangible client, community, or organizational success. This workshop will help participants develop a plan to measure and communicate achievement of outcomes that are hard to define. Participants will explore the philanthropic field’s current focus on impact, identify tiered strategies for measuring “soft” outcomes, and practice communicating their reasoning for a selected measurement approach.

General Admission: $60**

Class size is limited to 45.
