Non-profits are all too familiar with the constant churn of fundraising and grant-seeking. These critical efforts demand significant time, attention, and resources. Once the grant’s been awarded, though, the real work begins – the work of implementing the funded projects and managing the grant relationship.
This workshop will share the themes and tips that emerged from interviews with more than ten local grant-makers. Topics will include how to right-size your grant management strategies to funder expectations, managing communications and interactions with grant-makers, and strategies for aligning your team internally in ways that will support external relationships with funders. Class size is limited to 45.
