As a participant in this workshop, you will learn to distinguish between clinical and subclinical eating disorders, while being introduced to the inventions recommended by the Health At Every Size paradigm. Recent research will be summarized with implications for applying that information for improved treatment outcomes. Suggestions for eating and self-care modifications will be presented to help your clients build confidence and self-esteem. Social and cultural issues impacting eating and food-related disorders will be discussed. Class size is limited to 40.
