This workshop will provide an overview of the range and symptoms of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. We will review treatments for the disorder, along with the corresponding efficacy research, including: systematic desensitization, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, and psychotropic medication. The workshop will include lecture, case studies, and experiential exercises. Resources for your on-going learning regarding OCD will be identified.
