A good evaluation system provides a wealth of information for improving programs and services and strengthening organizations. This interactive workshop will help participants gain knowledge and skills in the following areas:

* developing integrated process and outcome evaluation plans that address organizational needs for performance data*
* developing effective tools and systems for gathering data as an ongoing aspect of service delivery*
effectively analyzing data to build strategies for improvementimplementing performance-based measurement cycles for program and organizational management.
