Reaching Resilience is a strengths-based model that provides essential information and skill-building activities to enhance people’s ability to adapt well to life changes, transitions, or challenging circumstances. We will learn about three types of change and how to deal with each type. Eight skills of resilience will be demonstrated within class exercises. Evidence-based research will be shared to augment the information in the workshop.
