Join us for a highly interactive workshop to help you identify and practice the communication skills that contribute to a positive work culture and promote a free exchange of ideas.
Through a series of guided exercises, rooted in the tenets of Compassionate Communication and Applied Improvisation, we will examine communication patterns that lead to mistrust and lack of empathy in the workplace. We will then consider how to achieve more productive patterns, with particular attention to communication occurring as people are working remotely. Participants will engage in communication exercises to specifically explore trust, listening, validation, and feedback.
With the foundation of these basic skills, the workshop will then address enhancing teamwork and collaboration, as well as managing deadlines and criticism.
General Admission: $60**
Class size is limited to 45.
