This course examines the impact of perfectionism on how women live, love, parent, and lead. We will discuss perfectionism as a strategy that women use to avoid shame while learning approaches for addressing shame and perfectionism in our female clients.

We will also consider and address the ways that perfectionism can impede women from being their best selves as service providers. This course includes multiple exercises for cultivating compassion and developing shame resilience skills in our clients and ourselves.
