What is an Encore Career?
As we live longer and healthier lives, most people have not just one career, but several different careers. In the latter half of their working years, many are determined to apply their energy to efforts that make a difference or support a cause. This new model, which combines work, service, and social impact, is called an "encore career." Paid or unpaid, encore work focuses your energies where your passion and purpose meet.
