SOPHAS Express
The School of Public Health Application System’s (SOPHAS) Express portal offers a condensed application process for internal applicants to select special-degree programs at Brown School.
SOPHAS Express Eligibility
Current Washington University in St. Louis students meeting any of the criteria below are eligible to apply through SOPHAS Express:
- Students currently enrolled in the Brown School’s MSW program applying to the MSW/MPH dual degree program
- Students currently enrolled in Olin Business School’s MBA program, applying to the MPH/MBA joint degree program
- Students currently enrolled in Washington University School of Medicine’s MSOT program applying to the MPH/MSOT joint-degree program
- Students currently enrolled in WashULaw's JD program applying to the JD/MPH joint-degree program
- Students currently enrolled in their third-year of Washington University School of Medicine’s MD program applying to the MD/MPH joint-degree program
- Students currently enrolled in The Graduate School’s PhD Program in Anthropology applying to the PhD/MPH joint degree program
- Undergraduate students currently enrolled in their junior year at Washington University’s College of Arts & Sciences applying to the 3-2 MPH program
SOPHAS Express Application Process
- Create a SOPHAS Express account
- Log into your account and select to Filter by Institution
- Select Washington University in St. Louis Brown School Public Health Programs and select the program to which you are applying
- Select I am Done. Review My Selections
- Select Continue to My Application
- Complete all sections of the application and provide all required materials
- Pay the required SOPHAS Express application fee ($50) using VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. The Brown School’s Office of Admissions & Recruitment cannot waive SOPHAS Express application fees
- Submit your application
